As soon as your product ships, you will obtain a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping to the following countries:

  • USA, Canada, and United Kingdom

For all other international destinations, a flat shipping fee of $48.98 USD will be applied at checkout.

To ensure the highest quality and authentic craftsmanship, our premium leather jackets are shipped directly from our international production facility in Pakistan. This allows us to offer competitive pricing and global delivery through our partners, FedEx and DHL.

International shipping & customs

We provide international shipping to selected countries. For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless we explicitly state otherwise. Customs processing can add delays beyond our estimated shipping times. Please check local customs rules before you order.

Locations of Shipping

We offer Worldwide International Shipping. Whether you are in Europe, Asia, or Australia, we deliver to your doorstep. Due to carrier constraints, we currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Packages Lost

If you haven’t received your product despite being marked as delivered, kindly check the shipping address.

Examine every spot in your home that could be used for delivery.
Ask neighbors or family members if they accept the package.
To begin a claim, provide your tracking number to the courier.
If your package is reported misplaced, please get in touch with us right away via email at support@getscartonline.store and include your order number.
Depending on your desire, we will either reship your product or issue a refund.
